Refund Policy

ONFEMME aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit within 30 days of receipt. 

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 30 business days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete without any damage.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Please note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Purchases are refundable online and in-store. 
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. 
• Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
All vintage and sale items are final sale.

• The e-mail is the e-mail address that you provided upon check out.
• Once the return form is submitted, a prepaid DHL return label will be generated.
• Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging, including any hangtags, and send using the attached prepaid DHL return label.
• We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed. 
• If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
